2. What this website is for

This website presents our services and lets you contact us through a form. It does not offer user accounts, online payments, or downloads. We may add a blog and other features in the future, and these Terms will apply to them as well.

3. Our services are covered separately

Nothing on this website is a binding offer, quote, or agreement to provide services. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written contract or proposal. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the contract or proposal prevails for that work.

4. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and to submit the contact form. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Send spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Submit information about other people without their permission.

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, and message, and we send you an automatic confirmation email. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or any obligation for us to reply or to accept your project. 7. Intellectual property

The website, including its design, text, logos, graphics, and code, belongs to Day0Dev or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you send us a message, you keep ownership of it. You allow us to use it only to respond to you and to operate our business as described in the Privacy Policy.
